LincWare ("LincWare”, "We", “Us”, or “Our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you any of our software, including but not limited to Admit+, or anywhere where this Policy is posted ("Admit+") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
It does not apply to information collected by any third party including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on Admit+.
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use Admit+. By accessing or using Admit+, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of Admit+ after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.
As a provider of healthcare related software, we may be subject to certain laws and regulations governing the use and disclosure of Personal Health Information (“PHI”). When using Admit+, we may receive your protected health information and may collect, use, and disclose other personally identifiable information (as outlined below). Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”), certain demographic, health, and/or health-related information that we receive from your health care providers as part of providing our services to them may be considered “PHI.”
Under HIPAA, when a Covered Entity, such as a healthcare provider or their facility, contracts with a third party and shares PHI to assist with aspects of the Covered Entity’s work, then that third party is considered a Business Associate and is subject to the same rules regarding the protection of PHI as the Covered Entity. Where applicable, we require all our Customers to sign a Business Associate Agreement with us. When we are considered a Business Associate, we will only use and disclose your PHI as allowed under HIPAA or as consistent with the applicable Covered Entity's privacy policies, notices, and the Business Associate Agreement. We will use reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect the PHI that we store and process on behalf of Covered Entities.
Admit+ are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on Admit+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on Admit+. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We collect several types of information from and about users of Admit+ depending on your interaction with the Services being provided. By which you may be personally identified, specifically during the employee onboarding process. Such information includes, but is not limited to, an individual’s name, social security number, passport information, driver’s license information, employment authorization identification, vehicle identification number, license plate number, insurance information signature, address, telephone number, e-mail address, birthdate, profile information, or other similar information that can be used to identify you ("Personal Identifiable Information");
PHI, as defined under HIPAA, may be collected and disclosed as outlined in Section 2 above.
Data may be collected from you automatically when you access Admit+ about how you access and use the software ("Usage Data"). Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), internet domain, browser type, browser version, what you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may collect data that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as statistical information and analytic data relating to Admit+ usage.
We may use “cookies” to collect certain information to ensure that you get the most out of Admit+. A cookie is a file stored on your computer or device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings on your computer or device. When you visit Admit+ again, the cookie allows the software to recognize your browser. Cookies allow us to monitor usage of Admit+, improve its usability and to personalize the content for you.

We may also use geofencing or other location-based services to send you notifications or for other purposes as outlined in the Policy.
Admit+ may contain links to websites or access to applications, including social media websites and applications, that are operated by third parties. Please be aware that We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, including any third party with whom it has an affiliation or business relationship. We do not control and accept no liability or responsibility for those websites and this Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites. Please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third party websites to find out how they collect and use Your Information and to establish whether they use cookies and what they use them for.
We may receive some information that you submit to a third party website or application that you access through Admit+.
In the course of the Services we provide, we receive certain Personally Identifiable Information and Personal Health Information from our Business Partners to process on their behalf as a service provider. We process this data in our normal course of business as a service provider to meet our contractual obligations to our Business Partners. We collect and process Your Information only as instructed or permitted by our Business Partners or as necessary for our own business purposes. LincWare maintains appropriate security controls to protect Your Information. We retain this data in accordance with our own retention policies or as determined by our Business Partners via contract.
We may also receive Your Information from third parties and may combine this information with the information we maintain about you. If we do so, this Privacy Policy governs any combined information that we maintain in personally identifiable format.

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits Users that are residents of California to request the following information regarding our disclosure of their Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes: (i) a list of certain categories of Personally Identifiable Information that we have disclosed to certain third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year; (ii) the identity of certain third parties that received Personally Identifiable Information from us for their direct marketing purposes during that calendar year; and (iii) where the nature of the third parties’ business is not reasonably determinable, examples of the products or services marketed (if we have that information). Admit+ does not respond to or support Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites and platforms that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.
The security of Your Information is important to us. LincWare has instituted reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Your Information from unauthorized access, acquisition, or disclosure, destruction, alteration, accidental loss, misuse, or damages that are no less rigorous than accepted industry practices. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on Admit+, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
